Ready. . . .Set. . . .EASTER!!!!!!!!

The kids all playing out at Big Willow. We love to go dirt biking out there and the kids love it equally as much!
The little ones loving the time they get with one another.

BFF's. . .. already!
Man and his boy! Both adorable if you ask me.
Blurry picture but adorable! The girls were making mud messes and having a blast!
Brayton sleeping thru another good time.
Daddy and Bodie on the bicycle at Big Willow!
Our friend's girls introducing Annelise and Bodie to their first movie ever! Cinderella! It was a hit!

Ready, get set. . . . . . . .Go crazy! Nope. Not a misprint! The kids go insane and I mean that! Two year olds going nuts for candy and mine were no different. Ok, mine were mellow in comparison but once they remembered the sweet taste of the candy it was GAME ON!!!!
Greta helping Annelise at the Easter Eggstravaganza at the zoo!
It was a mad dash for some eggs but thank goodness for Greta's experience!Kids in a Tiki hut. . .cute no matter what! I was so impressed with how well behaved all my friend's children were. What a pleasure to have them in our lives.
Brayton at the zoo. Clearly, not as impressed.
Wyatt, Abby, and Bodie. He loves the older ladies! ;)
Anna mid dance at the zoo. So funny!
This has been a whirlwind week! First of all, anyone who knows me knows that I milk every holiday for all it's worth! Easter is no different and that means Easter eggs, friends, and tons of fun! The weather had been great and we have lavished the sun and a little rain upon ourselves! We were blessed enough to have dear friends come from Portland and to see so many of our local friends as well. Playdates, the zoo, 3 Easter egg hunts so far, and lots of time with Daddy. March will be a hard month to beat for sure but we have had a blast!!!!!!!

Duh-duh-dun!!!!!!!!! Our big new Surprise!!!!!

What could bring a smile on the faces of these three beautiful children you ask???
Or keep numerous children entertained for hours and hours???
Or put a smile on my daughters face so big and make her wear a very sassy outfit to show her excitement????
Why, it is this AMAZING swingset if you must know!!!!
That is right! Our big, very thrilling surprise has been this swingset! An addtition to our yard that is sure to add many memories and laughs for our family! The best part is that it was a gift from Grandpa Duane!!!! Better known around here now days as PaPop! Even better known as my Daddy!
I adore these little windows! Much to Big Bodie's surprise, not one single solitary piece was already put together so even these adorable windows were a work of love! Bodie worked on this puppy for around 20 hours!!!! No joke! It didn't help that little Bodie wanted to help the entire time but his Daddy was happy to teach him the ropes of carpentry!

Annelise making sure the ladder was sturdy!
My little guy working away!
Almost there. . .

We are indeed grateful for our fork lift when it comes to putting this baby together!

Look close and you can Bodie helping his Daddy drive. Is 2 too young to start driving??
Even Uncle Wade was curious about how things were going. Word of a good thing spreads fast!
All the pieces. . . . oy-voy!
HUNDREDS. . . .I am serious. . . .HUNDREDS of planks of wood just waiting for us to get our hands on! Our garage was clear of all cars and still, we ran out of places to put the numbered pieces!
The swing set has already proven to be a HUGE hit! We have had NUMEROUS playdates over here and not a single kid was ready to leave when the time came. The twins cannot get enough of it and are so grateful to my Dad for the gift. More than the gift, we are grateful for my Dad. This gift will always remind me of my Dad's never ending generousity and his love for his family. If you didn't know it, my Dad is a pretty amazing Dad and I am blessed lightyears beyond this swingset.
We ADORE the swingset and welcome all our friends to come play on our great new toy!!!

Yes Sir, that's my baby!!!

Grandpa calls me "Smiley"!
Not sure what to think of the mini three wheeler.
Love my cousin Chelsea!
Thrilled to be learning new moves!
Enjoying some swing time with mommy.

Brayton Elliot! Our 8 month old baby is getting so big! Watching him grow is just such a joy for our entire family. He has started to crawl today and I have a feeling by the end of the week he will have it mastered. Although he can not get far yet, I anticipate chasing him around very soon. This boy is so happy! Always smiling and laughing. He is particularly fond of Annelise and her silly behavior. She knows he loves it and it really gets her wound up and in her most goofy personality. Truly keeps us all laughing.
Bodie is his official cuddler. Bodie loves to grab his ear and rub it while saying Brayton's name over and over. Serioulsy sweet enough to melt any heart. Brothers are a rare bond that shines quite bright at our house. I really hope they are always such great friends.
Brayton. . . .B. . . .Licious. . . .Baby. . . .Little man. . . .Call him what ever you would like. He is our best surprise ever and a little bit of magic for our family every day.

Here Kitty Kitty!

It's not right but it sure was funny to see him in my 3.5" heels!
Bodie and Daddy driving the lift around the yard. The boy already loves heavy machinery. GREAT!
Annelise being her sweet self in the mountains on a bluebird gorgeous day!
After being sick last weekend Brayton was pretty serious!
Bodie eating pepperoncinis! He loves them!

Yep, he rides!!!!! Seems normal to us. Normal and ADORABLE!!!!! We took the kids up to Prairie last weekend so that Bodie could ride his Kitty Cat. He actually got pretty good at it by the end of the day. We were so proud to see him grab a hand full of throttle and go! No fear at all! The day could not have been better. We were kissed by the sun all afternoon with the best company we could have ever asked for. Good friends and great weather in the clean air of the mountains! We have really been enjoying all this nice weather and we still have our big new surprise post coming but it's not quite finished yet so hold tight! ;)
